  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, texts and software, is the property of 1-Padel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

1-Padel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
